Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve health center outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with clinicians, quality, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Operations
    • Oversee daily activities, ensuring compliance with PPMI policies, PPFA protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor staff performance, identify training needs, and delegate responsibilities to Assistant Health Center Manager.
    • Manage health center finances, ensuring budgetary goals are met and expenses are controlled.
    • Implement and maintain effective patient flow, financial, and service audits.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to PPMI's In This Together values and standards.
    • Monitor and address patient complaints and sensitive situations.
    • Participate in clinical research and maintain current referrals resources.
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve successful health center outcomes in a shared-leadership setting.
  • Knowledge of medical record documentation, CPT, and ICD-10 coding.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead a diverse team.
