    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including scanning, investigating, and filling inventory lows and outs.
    • Support freight processes and maintain a neat and organized freight sorting area.
  • Print and Tech Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of print and technology products and services, including successful completion of advanced training.
    • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and company offerings.
  • Compliance Adherence and Support:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support loss prevention efforts.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required, but retail sales experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
