Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to support our seafood production operation in New Bedford, Massachusetts. This role involves providing support to the Operations/Production Manager, domestic frozen sales process, inventory, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing tray pack orders by working with production, packaging, quality assurance, and sales.
  • Generate inventory reports for the sales team and maintain weekly sales reports for the Executive Team.
  • Manage a product line import process, including vendor setup, email correspondence with international vendors, purchase order creation, customs broker coordination, carrier scheduling, and quality control inspections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
