Job Summary

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance.
  • Provide recommendations for technical solutions.
  • Provide technical problem solving for customer support of database systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals, such as printers.
  • Install and configure application and operating system software and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
  • Maintain an inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades.
  • Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with a High School degree, 4 years with an Associate's degree, 2 years with a Bachelor's degree, or 0 years with a Master's degree.
  • IAT II Compliant (e.g., Security+, Security+CE, etc).
  • Full United States citizenship required.
  • Active and current Final US DoD Top Secret Clearance (with special access eligibility).
