Sales Support Representative Job Description

Russell Tobin is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-bound phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Research and resolve sales agent questions relating to self-service tools, system issues, member concerns, Medicaid verification, application status, eligibility, on-boarding, certification, and commission questions.
  • Document call resolutions in various systems in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center.
  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience.
  • Medicare knowledge.
  • Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives.
  • Experience navigating a computer while on the phone.
