Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, operating statements, and bookkeeping records for clients.
  • Tax Services: Provide tax services, including preparing tax returns, reviewing completed tax returns, and making corrections as needed.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, evaluate client needs, and identify opportunities for added services.
  • Payroll Tax Reports: Review and prepare quarterly 941 payroll tax reports.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and provide assistance to team members as needed.
  • Bookkeeping and Auditing: Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks and audit and attest work using Engagement.
Requirements
  • A current/active CPA license and 3 years of recent experience in public accounting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
