Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Summit LTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions, including billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulatory requirements and the ability to work effectively with other department heads to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all billing and accounts receivable functions, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
  • Supervise billing and collections personnel and ensure cash collection and AR goals are met
  • Work with other department heads to ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements
  • Oversee accounts payable and payroll functions, as needed
  • Foster effective communication among team members and facilitate positive change, professional growth, and teamwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or relevant qualification preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in third-party billing and reimbursement in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care environment
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possession of a current valid Texas driver's license or regular means of transportation to and from work
