Position Overview
This role involves a flexible work schedule, primarily consisting of five days each week, including weekends, with morning shifts typically from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process deliveries at various store locations.
  • Ensure accuracy by balancing and verifying invoices, making necessary adjustments.
  • Unload and organize pallets, including boxes and trays.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts to maintain stock levels.
  • Stock and rotate bakery items on display racks.
  • Facilitate product transfers to other nearby locations as required.
  • Prepare empty trays for shipping by wrapping and counting.
  • Engage with store management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide assistance and interact with retail customers.
Travel Requirements:
This position covers the entire Detroit area as needed. Employees must possess their own reliable transportation to deliver surplus products to nearby locations. Mileage reimbursement is available. Proof of insurance and a valid driver's license must be provided upon hiring.

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation is essential due to travel requirements.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays is necessary.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and perform bending and stooping tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance are mandatory.
