Job Description

As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Phoenix Children's Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care and coordinating clinical activities in the outpatient setting. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in pediatric oncology, although this is not mandatory. We encourage individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for infants, children, and young adults with acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Order and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions to treat illness and improve health status.
  • Perform daily documentation and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
