Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Team Gillman. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving all incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.

This role involves interacting daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. Key responsibilities include receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads, identifying client needs, scheduling appointments, placing outbound phone calls to potential leads, and ensuring all clients' concerns are addressed prior to appointment date.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with computer literacy and strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
