Role Overview:

The Customer Experience Representative serves as a vital point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries related to pricing, scheduling, and order status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls, providing assistance and information regarding orders.
  • Process customer orders and track the status of existing requests.
  • Deliver detailed product information, including technical and operational support.
  • Assist in resolving issues for both customers and the sales team, collaborating with various departments as necessary.
  • Update and maintain product-specific information as required.
  • Facilitate training for new or temporary staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • High school diploma required; formal training in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Proficient in verbal communication and able to review printed materials.
  • Skilled in operating standard office equipment, including PCs and telephones.
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to interpret detailed product information.
  • Capable of analyzing and resolving routine customer service issues independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective analytical skills and basic PC proficiency.
