Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in post-acute facilities, adhering to resident care plans and monitoring vital signs.
- Administer medications, review medical records, and assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment.
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay range: $43-$57 (25% higher than average).
