Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at CareOne in Weymouth, MA.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This includes coordinating the nursing process, providing direct and indirect care, and supervising certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for residents assigned to your care.
  • Provide direct and indirect care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care.
  • Supervise certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses in the building assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
