Estamos en búsqueda de un Generalista de Recursos Humanos con preferencia por la fluidez en inglés y español.

Como Generalista de Recursos Humanos, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el apoyo a las funciones de recursos humanos, con un enfoque principal en los procesos de reclutamiento y orientación. El candidato ideal será bilingüe en inglés y español, tendrá un profundo conocimiento en Recursos Humanos y un historial comprobado en la contratación y orientación de talento diverso.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin para diversas posiciones dentro de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para comprender las necesidades de personal y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas.
  • Buscar, evaluar y entrevistar candidatos para identificar el mejor ajuste para la organización.
  • Realizar ferias de empleo, reclutamiento en campus y otras actividades de divulgación para atraer talento de primer nivel.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las leyes y regulaciones laborales pertinentes.
  • Coordinar con varios departamentos para garantizar un proceso de incorporación fluido, incluyendo orientación, capacitación y actividades de integración.
  • Facilitar sesiones de orientación para nuevos empleados, presentando políticas, cultura y expectativas de la empresa.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto para nuevos empleados, abordando preguntas y brindando apoyo durante el período de incorporación.
  • Colaborar con la dirección para crear y mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo e inclusivo.
  • Proporcionar orientación y apoyo a los empleados en asuntos relacionados con recursos humanos.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones laborales, asegurando que las políticas y prácticas de la empresa permanezcan en cumplimiento.
  • Asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos.
  • Apoyar y promover todas las actividades de compromiso de los empleados.
Calificaciones:
  • Título asociado en recursos humanos, administración de empresas o un campo relacionado es preferido. 2-4 años de experiencia como Administrador de Recursos Humanos.
  • Orientación al detalle con excelentes habilidades organizativas.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español es altamente preferida.
  • Conocimiento sólido de las leyes y regulaciones laborales locales y federales.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborativa en un entorno dinámico.
