Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience required, graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong familiarity with the public workforce system (e.g., Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
  • Strong grasp of key workforce development concepts, present-day challenges, and emerging solutions (e.g., career pathways, skills gaps, apprenticeship, skills-based hiring).
What We Offer:

Public Consulting Group offers a competitive salary range of $95-120k and a potential discretionary bonus of up to 15%. We also provide a range of benefits, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
