The role of the RN Care Coordinator at Healogics is pivotal in enhancing patient outcomes through effective clinical management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate clinical operations within the Wound Care Center.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including the Program Director and Medical Director, to ensure optimal healing results and patient satisfaction.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement case management protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license, with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) as a minimum requirement; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with two or more years preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity is advantageous.
- Wound care certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
This position may involve:
- Extended periods of stationary work and computer use.
- Physical activities such as lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to various healthcare environments and potential hazards.
Work Environment:
The RN Care Coordinator will primarily work in an office and patient care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic wounds.
