Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurology Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials and research studies in the field of neurology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and eligibility assessment for research studies and trials.
  • Coordinate the care and follow-up of volunteers participating in research studies and trials.
  • Collaborate with clinical research nursing staff, laboratory teams, and hospital departments to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance.
  • Execute and coordinate the informed consent process for participants in clinical trials and research studies.
  • Coordinate research participant recruitment and consenting for therapeutic areas.
  • Provide concierge-level service for patient-facing interactions during clinical trials and research studies.
  • Coordinate or perform bio-specimen collection and maintain HIPAA-protected databases.
  • Collaborate with research staff to implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with clinical research standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research, preferably in neurology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
