Maintenance Technician

Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Windridge Apartments in Buford, GA.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
About Us: The Morrow Companies develop, build, and manage multi-family and commercial properties throughout the Southeast. We start from market analysis to permanent financing and property management.
Our team has developed over 100 affordable properties with diverse equity and debt partnerships. We partner with non-profit organizations to construct and preserve affordable housing.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with Company rules and regulations
- Adhere to instructions from Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator
- Repair exterior and interior property systems and fixtures
- Handle heating and AC maintenance
- Perform general carpentry and electrical work
- Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
- Paint apartments as scheduled
- Maintain plumbing systems and grounds
- Operate lawn mowers and other equipment
