Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school district team. The successful candidate will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency disorders.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary estimate is based on the current market rates for Speech-Language Pathologists in Washington state.

About the Role

This is a full-time contract position that requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and committed to helping them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington.
