Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer to manage capital projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, contract administration, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party companies to ensure project implementation and compliance with company rules.
  • Ensure project success through commissioning and manufacturing integration, and ensure the receipt of as-built drawings, operating, and maintenance manuals.
  • Manage multiple contractors and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support reporting of projects to management, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, contract administration, and construction coordination.
  • Experience with project and process documentation, including financial, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and demonstrate strong interpersonal communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Competent with project management concepts such as earned value, schedules, budgets, and variance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
