Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
  • Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our products and their effects, and provide education to customers.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience and assist with returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, and document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • Education: High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
  • Age: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Experience: Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
  • Cash Handling: Must have prior cash handling experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday, and have the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
Working Conditions

This position will work up to 25 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' based on business needs. The work schedule will be flexible and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
