We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Audio Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Group. As an expert in home entertainment, you will have the opportunity to showcase the latest Sonos products to customers and provide exceptional sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Promote Sonos products in-store, displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Seasonal weekend warrior position, working 12 hours per week, Saturdays, and Sundays, with strong possibility of program extension into next year
  • Sales bonuses up to 20% for hitting targets, plus retention bonus for program completion - Sonos Ace personal headphones valued at $450
  • Paid training to master Sonos products like a pro, biweekly pay with direct deposit, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and high degree of initiative
  • Customer-focused, interpersonal communication, and relationship building skills
  • Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
