We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to support clients in Florence, SC.
Job OverviewAs a Business Development Representative with Novatech Inc., you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients and providing top-tier business technology solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities- Engage with new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers within client organizations
- Become an expert on all products, services, and solutions offered by Novatech
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and needs, aligning Novatech solutions where business opportunities exist
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads
- Closing net new business and achieving monthly activity and revenue goals
We are looking for a Sales Athlete who is creative, diligent, tenacious, passionate, intuitive, a big picture thinker, optimistic, self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a strong work ethic, with confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Market competitive salary based upon experience: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
