Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Everett, WA. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with anticoagulation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with anticoagulation needs.
  • Work with patients to optimize their anticoagulation medication and care plans.
  • Implement cost-effective medication interventions and provide anticoagulation medication management and direct patient care based on evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide clinical medication education and feedback to healthcare providers.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Residency training or 3+ years of clinical experience.
  • Active ARNP and RN license.
  • ACC, Primary Care, or Cardiology experience preferred.
