Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our Anticoagulation Services team. This full-time role offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to assigned patient groups.
  • Assist patients in optimizing their anticoagulation therapies and overall health management.
  • Partner with clinical teams to implement effective and economical medication strategies.
  • Administer anticoagulation therapy and provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Deliver educational support regarding medication management to both patients and healthcare providers.
  • Primary work location will be within the designated service area, with occasional shifts to various sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or higher.
