About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both retail clients and industry professionals. You will be the face of our company, promoting our product line and gaining business while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A flexible work schedule is required, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design and color, as well as prior experience in the tile and stone industry, which is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders
  • Promote the Bedrosians product line
  • Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business
  • Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Assist with conducting inventory counts
  • Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits if required
  • Review order report daily
  • Meet monthly sales quotas
  • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
  • Work cooperatively in team environment
  • Participate in weekly branch meetings
  • Write thank-you notes to clients
  • Upsell clients when possible
