Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve complaints and answer product-related questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer support.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work calmly under stress and maintain professionalism when dealing with upset customers.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software.
