Experienced Sales Professional for Retail Success

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to provide exceptional service to customers. With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years.
About the RoleAs a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for confidently selling our premium mattress/bedding products to customers, leveraging our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. You will also provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience, focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our premium mattress/bedding products to customers using our proven sales process.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art technology, including tablets and mobile point of sale (POS), to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual - equal proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- The ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including:
- A robust compensation package, which includes the greater of a generous hourly wage or commission pay, eligibility for bonuses, along with a 401(k) plan with a hefty employer match.
