Solar Sales Role Overview

- Makes sales calls to warm prospects from lead generation via personal networking or outbound marketing initiatives.
About the Job:
We're looking for personable individuals with excellent communication skills to succeed as In-Home Solar Sales Representatives or Retail-based Sales Representatives.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Analyze site, electricity usage, customer needs, and develop a rapport to close the sale.
- Use computer applications to develop sales details and support teams.
- Update CRM systems with pertinent data throughout the sales process.
- Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships.
- Keep clients updated on project status with internal concierge and operations teams.
- Participate in weekly sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in Retail Sales related to the home improvement industry.
- Ability to stand 4-8 hours per day.
- Must be able to self-generate leads.
- Be technically sound with numbers and technology.
- Be computer proficient (CRM tool experience preferred).
- Have access to reliable transportation.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
