Keke's Breakfast Cafe is a rapidly growing brand in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, organizing, and training of our team members to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals. This role will also involve maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
    • Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Customer Service and Quality
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service
    • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the cafe
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash and other receipts
    • Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and maintain a clean and organized workspace
    • Perform daily adjustments and closing procedures on the Point of Sale and Back Office Computers
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule
