Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-care.
- Participate in discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition of care for patients.
- Take pride in providing patient-centered care, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements
- RN License in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (preferred initially, required after a certain period of employment)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
