Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Delva Tool & Machine, a CMT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality assessments and measurements on products to ensure they meet specified dimensions. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct first article inspections and generate reports detailing the quality of products.
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
  • Perform inspections across all stages of production to identify areas for quality control improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain test data for review and evaluation.
  • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
  • Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency and implement new methods accordingly.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior experience working with inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements within a CNC machine shop.
  • Proven experience using PCMM and/or CMM technology.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (Job Boss is a plus).
  • Experience with a quality management system; familiarity with AS 9100 process documentation is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace specs requirements is a plus.
