Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of production machinery and auxiliary equipment, assisting team members in diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
  • Leverage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to pinpoint high-wear components for inclusion in preventive maintenance schedules, aiming to minimize unexpected downtime.
  • Foster a constructive environment within the maintenance department and across the facility.
  • Collaborate with production management to synchronize maintenance efforts.
  • Champion the effective use of CMMS within the maintenance team.
  • Engage directly with team members in troubleshooting activities and develop training programs to address skill gaps and enhance individual performance.
  • Propose strategies to optimize production processes, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
  • Conduct research and implement capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Work during standard day shift hours with on-call responsibilities for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred technical degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and technical expertise, along with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity with a CMMS is advantageous.
