As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all activities during your shift. This encompasses managing costs, overseeing inventory, handling cash flow, and fostering customer relationships. You are expected to set a positive example and adhere to all policies and procedures consistently, while encouraging your team to do the same.

Your responsibilities include driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and enhancing store profitability.

  • Guide Team Members in achieving operational excellence and upholding brand standards.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of new Team Members.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for both Team Members and Management teams.
  • Maintain brand standards and enforce company policies.
  • Act as an operations authority on Domino's standards to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with Team Members.
  • Serve as a mentor and operations specialist for all Team Member roles at the store level.
  • Establish connections with customers and the local community.
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee inventory management and control.

Qualifications:
Must possess a VALID driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Must have reliable transportation for work-related duties.
