Job Overview

The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for administering and maintaining Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Implement and oversee Azure policies, security measures, and compliance protocols.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure resources to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administering Azure Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Solid understanding of cloud concepts including domain registration, DNS, SSL certificates, email flow, spam filtering, and Microsoft exchange.
  • Experience in Windows environment – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, CA.
  • Experience with infrastructure management tools and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10lbs occasionally.
