Welcome to Abide Home Care, a leading home care provider in Georgia. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers.

Caregiving is a rewarding profession where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to elderly patients or individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Help with ambulation and mobility, including accompanying clients to appointments and walks
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medication
  • Complete shopping tasks or accompany clients to the store
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Report any unusual incidents and respond to emergencies
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities

Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to learn new skills
  • Be able to act with compassion and support
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Be willing to enforce health and safety standards
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is beneficial
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience as a caregiver or CNA
  • Be able to lift 25 pounds and perform physical job-related duties
