About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. As a Behavior Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home, center, and/or school settings
  • Collect accurate ongoing data on client programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and clients
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or a related field
  • Ability to work part-time shifts, Monday through Friday, 8am-3pm, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
  • Willingness to work in clinic and family home settings
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Safety Care training preferred
