Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 3 months to Pre-K, ensuring alignment with our curriculum and standards.
  • Teacher Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to Assistant Teachers, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in the classroom.
  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Administrator to ensure seamless program delivery, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Child Development: Assess and track children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for support.
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in the design and preparation of educational materials and activities, ensuring they are aligned with our curriculum and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, or Associate's Degree with 1-2 years of experience or 2 years of Lead Experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading group activities and working one-on-one with children aged 3 months to Pre-K.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and First-Aid Certification, or willingness to become certified.
  • Immunizations and Background Check: Record of up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass a background check.
  • Attitude and Approach: Excellent attitude and proactive approach to work, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
