  • Measure and assess process performance through data analysis, establishing performance metrics, and generating reports to evaluate the success of implemented enhancements.
  • Collaborate in the development of a comprehensive governance framework to ensure effective management and oversight of automated solutions.
  • Document end-to-end business processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and desktop guides as required.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine financial processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze and project resource needs, taking into account constraints and requirements set by relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and financial management standards.
  • Develop annual requirements for RPA automation to streamline manual tasks and enhance data processing within financial systems, necessitating coordination with various external systems and a foundational understanding of accounting procedures.

Required Skills:
  • 3-6 years of experience in business process analysis and reengineering, particularly within federal financial environments.
  • Demonstrated federal financial experience with a successful track record in identifying and executing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficiency in documenting current processes, developing future states based on best practices, and conducting gap analyses.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic, capable of performing under pressure to meet stringent deadlines while maximizing efficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management software and technologies, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of RPA principles and concepts.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
