Role: Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Marketing Manager at Fusion Optix, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products by developing well-designed and informative product marketing collateral and executing strategic marketing plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products in the market.
- Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales for Fusion Optix products.
- Content Management & Messaging: Manage content and messaging on Fusion Optix and Xico Lighting websites. Refine and deliver targeted messaging to customer segments and develop positioning for each product.
- Compelling Product Collateral: Create persuasive product datasheets, literature, value propositions, key messages, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiation.
- Market Insights & Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product design team to provide market insights, customer feedback, and input on product roadmap and development priorities.
- Product Launch Execution: Plan and execute product launches, including developing launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Market Analysis & Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
- Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell Fusion Optix products.
