Job Overview
The role involves setting up and operating grinding machines to achieve precise outside diameter specifications as per blueprint tolerances. Additionally, the position includes grinding shoulder faces to maintain the overall length of the components.

Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $28.80 per hour and above. Health benefits commence on the first day of employment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Review and adhere to the router instructions.
2. Configure the machine and validate tooling.
3. Secure the part onto the machine.
4. Operate the machine following the router guidelines.
5. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Detach the part from the machine.
7. Complete a move ticket to transition the part to the subsequent operation.
8. Follow all safety protocols, utilize appropriate PPE, and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
