Job Overview
The role involves setting up and operating grinding machinery to achieve precise outside diameters of components according to blueprint specifications. Additionally, the operator will grind shoulder faces to maintain the overall length of the parts.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a starting wage of $28.80 per hour and includes health benefits from the first day of employment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Review and adhere to the router instructions.
2. Configure the machine and validate tooling.
3. Load components onto the machine.
4. Operate the machine following the specified router guidelines.
5. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Remove completed parts from the machine.
7. Complete a move ticket to transfer parts to the subsequent operation.
8. Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
