Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial functions, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee financial reporting and generate accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all financial records and documents.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and greeting visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and preparing reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting software and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
  • Proven proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online a plus).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
