About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Accounting Clerk to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable transactions, financial record-keeping, and monthly financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
