We are looking for a skilled EVV Finance Coordinator to join our team at AccentCare PCS NY NYC Brooklyn. As an EVV Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Electronic Visit Verification process, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and reconciling payroll reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking skills, and at least two years of related experience. A strong background in finance is preferred.

The salary for this position is $23.00 per hour, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including work-life balance and professional development opportunities.

As an EVV Finance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Electronic Visit Verification process, reviewing Conflict of Hours reports and investigating incidents with other vendors.
- Conducting weekly processing of billing, verifying accuracy of billing rates and interfacing with referral sources, payers, and clients regarding billing questions/issues.
- Preparing and auditing all entries in the payroll/billing files before transactions are posted for billing.
- Reconciling payroll reports against time sheets and verification reports, preparing payroll adjustments for caregivers.
