Work Schedule and Compensation
- Full-Time position, 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday shifts required
- Compensation at $19.50 per hour

- Assists in the preparation of basic recipes for both hot and cold meals, ensuring high-quality food standards; examples include scrambled eggs, french fries, vegetables, and fish.
- Adheres to the production counts specified on the production sheets.
- Communicates with the Chef regarding any necessary modifications to recipes or production sheets and alerts them to potential shortages.
- Guides attendants on menu offerings and any changes to the menu.
- Maintains rigorous standards of food safety, infection control, and quality assurance.
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience as a grill cook or line cook, preferably within a healthcare environment.
