Job Summary

As a Culinary Specialist at Asbury Communities, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Prep Cook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow recipes and production sheets to prepare high-quality meals for our residents.
  • Set up steam tables and organize food items according to diagrams to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor food temperatures to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Prepare pan garnishes for "front of the house" operations.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of cooking experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
