Position Overview:

The Clinical Program Therapist is responsible for delivering individual, group, family, and couples therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment to clients and their families. This role is specifically focused on our Adult DBT program.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week), operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences discipline and progress towards independent licensure
  • Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy is essential
  • Provisional or Associate licensure is required
  • Experience with DBT, CBT, and FBT is preferred
