The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare planning and design, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for providing planning, design, and coordination support on projects and pursuits, as well as preparing drawings and specification documents. You will also be responsible for researching, planning, designing, and administering building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning, design, and coordination support on projects and pursuits
  • Prepare drawings and specification documents
  • Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients
  • Apply knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
  • Mentor junior staff or other interested colleagues in health planning practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Health Planning
  • Architectural registration
  • Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam)
  • Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, AICP etc.)
