About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of financial planners and subject matter experts who are responsible for supporting branch teams and complex client engagements. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing holistic financial planning, tax and estate planning services, and ongoing reporting and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute team objectives and drive team performance in support of department and firm objectives.
  • Communicate and advise financial advisors and clients to gain understanding of client needs and articulate investment strategy and recommendations.
  • Act as an advanced subject matter expert in financial planning topics and translate to strategic initiatives within various business areas.
  • Perform as a subject matter expert on advanced topics, including tools or client solutions, and provide expertise for content development and formal training programs.
  • Lead department, division, and/or firm-wide committees and projects, demonstrating the ability to influence without authority with peers and senior leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Active Series 7, 24, & 66 required.
  • CFP designation required.
  • Ability to travel to target markets up to 30%.
  • State Life and Health Insurance licensed required.
